Receive Quote & Contract

Work Begins

Review

Fill out the contact information under the Contact page to let us know the service(s) you are interested in.

Training Scenarios

  • If you request training scenarios, you will receive an email from Set Your City On Fire with an Order Form to fill out, along with a link to your department's private Google Drive Folder where you will upload all of your pre-named photos.

Exams

  • If you request an exam, you will receive an email from Set Your City On Fire with an Order Form to fill out, along with a link to your department's private Google Drive Folder where you will upload all of your pre-named photos as well as your exam script. SYCOF may also contact you to discuss further information and details.

* A separate Order Form is required for each desired video.

Once Set Your City On Fire receives your Order Form & photo(s), you will be sent a price quote and a Contract Service Agreement. Once you have completed and signed both documents, please email them back to SetYourCityOnFire@gmail.com.

*As part of your price quote, SYCOF will give an approximate date you can expect to receive the first draft of your video. 

After SYCOF receives the signed price quote and Contract Service Agreement, we are under contract and will being working on your video(s).

Once SYCOF has completed a rough draft of your video(s), we will send a link to your department's private Google Drive Folder where you will be asked to review your video(s) (the videos will be viewable but not yet downloadable). Included in the link will be an Approval/Alterations Form with three different sections (a separate form is required for each video):

  • Section #1 - Approval: Fill out this section if no changes need to be made and you are ready to proceed with payment in order to receive your video's downloadable link.

  • Section #2 - Minor Alterations Form: Minor changes such as color, size, or location of elements​​ are included in your initial quote, fill out this form to request such changes. After Set Your City On Fire has received your signed Approval/Alterations Form, an updated rough draft of your video will be placed in your private Google Drive Folder. After reviewing the updated video, you will need to send an updated Approval/Alterations Form with the appropriate section filled our and email it to Set Your City On Fire. A limit of 5 Minor Alterations may be sent per video before additional charges will apply.​

  • Section #3 - Add-Ons or Significant Structural Changes Form: Fill out this section to request significant structural changes such as changing the background picture (even if it is a different angle of the same building) or adding additional elements (i.e smoke or fire).

Finalize & Payment

Once SYCOF has received an Acceptance/Alterations Form with the Approval section signed, and payment has been authorized, you will be sent a downloadable link for your video.
